Sayed Aminul: Hey Amina, did you go to the Ekushey Book Fair this year? I went last weekend with my family.

Sayeda Amina: Yes Aminul, I visited it two days ago. It was amazing! So many stalls and thousands of books everywhere. The whole place was full of excitement.

Sayed Aminul: Exactly! I love the atmosphere of the book fair. People of all ages were there – students, teachers, writers, and even little children with their parents. What did you like most?

Sayeda Amina: I liked the new novels and story books the most. I bought two books by Humayun Ahmed and one poetry book by Rabindranath Tagore. The prices were also reasonable because of the fair discount.

Sayed Aminul: I bought some guide books for SSC. I also bought one science fiction novel. I found some good motivational books too. The fair is the best place to buy books cheaply.

Sayeda Amina: Yes, true. I also enjoyed the cultural programmes. There were songs and poetry. Famous writers also talked there. It felt inspiring.

Sayed Aminul: I agree. The book fair makes us want to read more. In busy life we often forget books. But at the fair we feel like reading again.

Sayeda Amina: But there is one problem. The fair gets too crowded in the evening. It was hard to walk. Sometimes I could not see the books well.

Sayed Aminul: Yes. Some stalls played loud music. It disturbed the readers. Still, everyone should visit the book fair at least once.

Sayeda Amina: Yes. It helps our reading habit. It also gives us knowledge. Next time let’s go together. We can choose good books for each other.

Sayed Aminul: That’s a good idea. We will spend more time there. We will enjoy the fair properly.

Sayeda Amina: Yes. We can also tell our friends to visit. Reading good books can change our lives.

Sayed Aminul: You are right. Books are our best friends.
